Work Clobber Bunbury Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchange

Need a different size or colour? Exchange is available within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be in the same condition you received them. They must be unused and in original packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions and materials. If the item has any evidence of wear – stains, damage, smells (deodorant /perfume), missing or damaged product tags it will not be exchanged, but will be returned to you.
Proof of purchase will be required.
You can exchange sizes or colour at our Bunbury Work Clobber store. Postage of goods to be exchanged is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods. If your exchange items meet the condition criteria, Work Clobber Bunbury will post the new size or colour to you with no additional shipping cost. Work Clobber Bunbury is a locally owned fully independent store. Returns should be sent to:

Refunds

Work Clobber Bunbury has a 30 day refund policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund.
Intimate apparel (underwear, socks) cannot be refunded.
Shoes or boxed items will not be accepted for return without their original boxes intact and in original condition. If the item has any evidence of wear – stains, damage, smells (deodorant/perfume), missing or damaged product tags it will be returned to you but not refunded.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that the goods have been received. You will also be notified as to whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Refunding can encounter delays through banks and payment gateways, but if you have any concerns about a refund please contact sales@workclobberbunbury.com.au

Faulty Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty, please contact the Work Clobber Bunbury Store on (08) 9791 1580, or email sales@workclobberbunbury.com.au so that we can personally assist you with the returns process.

Sale Items

Due to the limited sizes/ colours etc of sale items, the ability to exchange a product will be completely dependent on availability.
No refunds on sale items if you have simply changed your mind.
For any faulty goods, where you were not made aware there was a fault, please contact the Work Clobber Bunbury Store on (08) 9791 1580, or email sales@workclobberbunbury.com.au so that we can personally assist you with the returns process.

Special Orders

If a special order is made on your behalf by Work Clobber and you wish to return it, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund.
